| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| What is your return policy? |

Shipping and Returns Policy Return Policy All Refund/Exchange requests must be sent to return@acemartialartssupply.com.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. Please provide us with the purchase information -- order number, customer name, and customer phone number. The following conditions apply: 1. RMA number: After you email us (return@acemartialartssupply.com) we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will last for a maximum of 15 days. We will not accept exchanges and refunds with invalid or missing RMA numbers. Mark RMA numbers clearly on the shipping package. Include a copy of your invoice and specify whether a return or an exchange is desired. If the returned item does not satisfy our return policy requirements, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. 2. New-condition: All purchased items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and within their original packaging (excluding opened jocks, groin protectors, mouth guards, videos, yoga and exercise mats) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Custom products cannot be refunded. Defective videos can only be replaced with another of the same title. 3. The packaging must be intact: Adding labels, damaging, or allowing damage to the packaging will result in forfeiture of the refund/replacement request. If the returned item does not satisfy our return policy requirements, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. A full refund, minus our actual shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee, will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for shipping the package back to us. Returns for exchanges: Unless the return is a result of a defective or miss-shipped item, you are responsible for the shipping charges that result from delivering the product back to you; you are also responsible for the delivery charges resulting from sending the package back to us. All fees specified above, except for the restocking fee, will be charged to the credit card used for original order.

We will assist you in determining the best way to handle your claim. These issues may be referred to the manufacturer. Shipping Policy How long does it take to receive my order? Please use the following formula to determine the total delivery time. Order processing Time + Packaging Time + Delivery Time = Total Delivery Time 1. Order Processing Time (Credit Card and Order Verification): Minimum 1-2 business days. This process can be shortened if the credit card used is registered with a billing address that corresponds with the recipient address. This verification protects you from credit card fraud, and speeds up the credit card verification process. 2. Packaging Time: Minimum 1-2 business days. If your order is already in stock at the main warehouse, we will ship the product(s) within 24 hours. Our web site indicates the availability of the stock next to the product description. However, some items may sell faster than the web site can display. 3. Delivery Time: Vary according to size, shipping type, and location. • Add items to your cart, enter zip code, and an estimated delivery time will be displayed. • Ground shipping is the default shipping method. • Special Promotional Free shipping can take approximately one week to two weeks. What if I want to get my items faster? You can request expedited delivery with additional charges. The actual delivery time depends on how shipping companies are processing the shipment, and their delivery schedule. Top-Priority or Alternate Time Deliveries: Confirm the delivery date if you need to ensure that your order is delivered at a specific date via telephone or email. For important deliveries, we advise placing your order before 3:00 PM, Pacific Time (Monday-Friday). Note: We cannot process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional one or two business day for weekend orders. What about sales tax? CA residents only: A sales tax of 9.25% will be included in the total price for California residents.

How do international orders work? We welcome orders from around the world. Just place your order and we will contact you within the following business day with exact shipping information. Verification of credit card possession may be required. You will still have the option of continuing or canceling your order. Your packages may be subject to customs, clearings, and/or other fees. The recipient is responsible for such fees. Note: Weapons (excluding padded weapons), and any heavy or overly large items such as punching bags and stretching equipments cannot be shipped internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to countries that are not listed on our website. We are sorry for the inconvenience. |
