Wrong Item or Defects
Received a Different Item?

We are absolutely sorry for the error. We try our best but unfortunately we still suffer human error.
However, please let us try and make it right.

Please give us a call at 213 749 5600 because we would like to personally handle the problem and ship the replacement right away and/or retrieve extraneous items.
You may be asked to either take pictures of the product or to simply return it back to us. Again, we are extremely sorry for any inconveniences.

We would like to expedite the process and save you time, so please provide us with the following info (when possible) if you have not already done so:
1) Your order number, name, email, and phone number.
2) The item number on the box.
3) The item name on the box Note: Item number/name may be located outside on the shipping box, inside on the item box, or on the invoice.
4) Any differences between the picture posted on website, and the item received.
5) Any missing items.
